Delete Your Account

You can delete your Kārvān account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Option 1 — In the App (Instant)

  1. Open Kārvān and go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom section and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm deletion to immediately purge your account data

Option 2 — Via Email Request

Send an email to com.nomadsocial@gmail.com from your registered email address including your registered phone number. Requests are processed within 48 hours.

What Data Gets Purged

  • Profile identity: Name, phone number, email, avatar, and bio are removed permanently.
  • Linked OAuth sign-in credentials (Google / Apple) are disconnected.
  • Snaps, stories, and feed posts expire and are removed from active servers.
  • Push notification tokens are deleted.
