Kārvān ("we", "our", "the app") is a GPS-verified travel social network. This policy explains what data the Kārvān mobile app and this website collect, why, and the choices you have.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
We do not collect background location outside an active live share started by you.

Child Safety Standards & Protection (CSAE/CSAM Policy)

Kārvān Social is intended for users aged 18 and over. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).

In-App Reporting: Users can report safety concerns, inappropriate content, or suspicious accounts directly in app.
Enforcement: Violating content is removed immediately, and offending accounts are permanently terminated.
Reporting to Authorities: We report CSAM/CSAE incidents to relevant authorities, including NCMEC.

Account Deletion & Contact
